There is a sudden rise in the rates in the Gulberg Greens in the last couple of months. One of the main reason is the government incentive package for construction industry. In addition the new taxation regime offered in the Budget 2020-21 has also boosted the real estate business in the last one month or so.
Real Estate Prices Gulberg Greens ……The sudden increase in the prices have been observed in the following categories of the plots:
- Developed farm houses have recorded an increase of 2 Mn to 4 Mn.
- Non developed Farm houses have seen an increase of 1-3 Mn.
- Residential plots have also seen an upward trend ranging from 3 to 10 Lakh as per the size of the plot.
- There has been a sharp increase in the commercial plots rates specially in Business Square, Trade Centre and civic Centre.
Future Prospects
- The trend is likely to continue for at least a couple of months.
- The likely opening up of the international flights and arrival of expatriates is also likely to boost the real estate trade.
- The holding up of the prices for last couple of years is also a reason that now people want to invest in the real estate trade and business
- The future seems bright specially for the investors as well end users.
